With a background in computer science and over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, I’ve led high-impact transformations across R&D, clinical operations, and IT. From designing global process improvements at Novartis and GSK to spearheading mRNA programs at CureVac, I’ve built a career on turning complexity into clarity and execution.

I’ve held leadership roles across the U.S. and Europe, with a reputation for diagnosing systemic issues quickly, building alignment across diverse stakeholders, and delivering scalable solutions. My recent focus is applying artificial intelligence and automation to eliminate bottlenecks in clinical trials and free up teams for more strategic, human-centered work.
